There is a pool and fitness suite with a small outdoor pool open on this site that still operates with the same name. The original building is still part of this. The original pools are long demolished.

Pools in the UK no longer operating.
The pool marked in blue was most likely the public pool. The one marked in red was a nearby second outdoor pool on the grounds of the old Faringdon County Grammar School and was most probably private. There was also mention of another pool at Faringdon House on the defunct lidos.org.uk that I couldn’t find much evidence of. There is, however, a pool at the vicarage, also nearby, that doesn’t appear on any old maps I could find. This may be a fairly recent addition?

The main pool is still intact and is used by the Kingston Kayak Club. The smaller pool has been demolished.
Update: The lido is currently undergoing restoration and will once again be used for public swimming.
The site is now occupied by a leisure centre.
This was a substantial leisure centre in Irvine that had a small outdoor pool. Now demolished.
